Meadowlark's Anticipation, to a Sporting Group win at Westminster in 1984. He started judging in 1994 and has judged all over the world, including six previous assignments at Westminster, where he judged the Terrier Group in 2004 and the Sporting Group in 2008. A native Bronxite, he now lives in Eagle, Idaho.
During his life in dogs, Mr. Weiss has owned and bred Cocker Spaniels, Clumber Spaniels, Giant Schnauzers, Pointers and English Setters. He still owns, exhibits and breeds English Setters under the Wyndswept kennel name with his wife, Dr. Deborah Mack.
